Hi there! I’m Hardy de Heer, MSc. Psychology, 31 years old from Amsterdam. I offer online coaching and counseling services, helping everyday people like you overcome a broad range of issues and to be more successful in the areas that matter most.
I have spent the last 11 years mastering a number of scientifically proven methods of overcoming a broad range of issues, increasing performance and quality of life. I have successfully applied those in my own life and helped others do the same, which you can read about on my testimonials page.
Since 2021, I’ve been involved with Psyflix as their operational manager. In this role, I’ve had the good fortune to meet dozens of international experts on psychotherapy such as Dr. Frank Yeomans (TFP), Prof. Dr. Ad de Jongh (EMDR), and many others. Being able to see them work their magic from a front row seat provided me with invaluable learning for my own practice.
